Today's episode is a practical strategy you can use to help shift an emotional state. I use the emotion of jealousy as an example but it can be applied to any emotion. Please set some time aside in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed to explore the exercise in this episode.

Is this episode Katrina asks you to look at how you are playing in life. Comparing it to the game of chess, how you, 'play,' is very different depending on your intention. You will move differently if your main intention is defence, protecting the queen & king as opposed to attack, taking the queen & king.
Similarly in life your actions and behaviours (how you play), will be different depending on your intention. What area of your life do you defend and protect? What area of your life can you take more focused action and decide how you want it to go?
